Jurisdiction:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, their interpretation, performance, breach, or validity shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Dominican Republic located in Santo Domingo, National District, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.

Alternative Dispute Resolution:

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct negotiation before resorting to judicial proceedings. If the negotiation is unsuccessful within a period of thirty (30) days, either party may initiate the corresponding legal actions.
